1. Overview

At Twread, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Business Days & Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Sunday through Thursday. Orders are not processed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays in Saudi Arabia.

Note: Orders placed on a non-business day will begin processing on the next business day. Deliveries that fall on a public holiday are moved to the next available business day.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (Arabia Standard Time, GMT+3, Riyadh). Orders placed before the cut-off begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the following business day.

4. Delivery Times & Rates

Delivery times include order preparation and transit, and depend on your location within Saudi Arabia. Shipping rates and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Covers all regions of Saudi Arabia)

Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders (Available options shown at checkout)

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Large or heavy items, such as water tanks and scaffolding, may require additional delivery time. We will contact you directly to arrange these deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout Saudi Arabia. For deliveries to other GCC countries, or for special delivery requirements on large orders, please [Contact Us] before placing your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Twread is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@twread.com or via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Keep all original packaging and take photographs of any damage when you receive the order.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after the expected delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.
