Return Policy
Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and applicable regulations, the consumer has the right to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Return requests made after seven days will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused and without any benefit having been derived from it. Twread Store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.
The consumer bears the cost of return shipping. For international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In cases of manufacturing defects or store error, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products custom-made or manufactured to the consumer's specifications (unless defective or non-compliant with agreed specifications).
- Videos, CDs, software, or digital programs that have been opened or used.
- Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or similar printed materials.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the consumer.
- Contracts involving accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- Downloadable software purchased online.
